How accessible the website is

We are aware that there may be some aspects of this site that are not fully accessible. For example:

Non accessible content

The STEP-UP site consists of several pages. We continue to update the STEP-UP website and will resolve any accessibility issues that we we become aware of that may arise from the addition of new or modified content.

The site is being tested using Accessibility Insights for Web.

Some documents and content are exempt from the regulations (such as live video content and PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services). The site does not currently contain such content but where it is added in future, we may not be able to make this content accessible. In such cases, if you need to access information in one of these document types, you can contact us and ask for an alternative format.
