The 2026 Conference

Building on our successful 2025 conference held at The Institution of Mechanical Engineers, 1 Birdcage Walk, where we had a record number of attendees, we look forward to welcoming you to an even larger 2026 conference!

Call for Submissions

The call for abstract submissions for the 2026 conference is now open.

Submissions are being managed via EasyChair. Submit your abstract.

  • Acceptance notification: Tuesday 19th May 2026
  • Conference registration closes: Friday 12th June 2026
  • Conference: Monday 29th June 2026

Registration

Registration for the 2026 conference will open in March 2026.

Schedule

The conference will take place on Monday 29th July 2026, starting at 10.00am and finishing at approximately 5pm.

While we recognise that the pandemic is over and COVID-19 is no longer a concern for most people, there are still people for whom this is not the case due to underlying health issues, vulnerable family members or other reasons. We want everyone to feel comfortable to attend our event and masks will be available for anyone who wishes to wear one. We also advise you not to attend the event if you feel unwell or are exhibiting symptoms of respiratory illness on the day of the workshop. This will help all workshop participants to feel safe.
